hen will I receive my order? 
All designed stationery is fulfilled within 3-4 business days as long as inventory is available. If we are out of stock, our site should reflect the status or we will send you an email immediately after ordering to let you know when that item will restock.

What is the turnaround time for custom stationery? Custom stationery first requires a PDF proof approval. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a PDF proof sent within 48 hours of your submission. Once approved, you will be notified of your expected due date. To speed your process, you may waive your proof at your own risk.

What is your return policy? All items are non-refundable. Custom stationery and products have a no refund/no exchange clause unless there was an error made or shipping issue. All designed stationery and products are exchangeable within 14 days of receipt of your order if your package is unopened. No refunds are issued for designed stationery.

What are your hours of operation?  We are in the office from 9am to 4pm, Monday-Friday.

How will my order ship?
 We use both UPS and USPS depending on the product.
